The short version
We don't use tracking cookies, we don't run ads, and we never sell your information. We collect only what you choose to give us — a contact form, an email, a call — and we use it to respond to you. Your service selections in the "My Plan" tool stay in your own browser.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, business name, email, phone and your message. Submissions are delivered to our email by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, and are subject to their privacy practices in transit.
- Direct contact — anything you share by email, phone or text when you reach out.
- Browser storage (not cookies) — with your consent, the services you add to "My Plan" and your consent choice are saved in your browser's local storage so they're still there when you come back. This data never leaves your device and we can't see it.
- Hosting logs — our host, Google Firebase Hosting, may log standard technical data (IP address, request time) to serve and secure the site, per Google's privacy policy.
What we don't do
- No analytics trackers, advertising pixels or tracking cookies at this time. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy and the consent banner first.
- No selling, renting or trading of your personal information — ever.
- No automated decision-making about you.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, deliver services you engage us for, and keep basic business records. That's it.
Your choices and rights
- Decline browser storage in the consent banner — the site works fully without it; your plan selections just won't persist between visits.
- Clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove saved selections.
- Email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
Retention & security
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to serve you and meet ordinary business and legal obligations, then deleted. The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers.
Children
Our services are for businesses; the site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
